*We will hold a room with an active Visa, Master Card, or Discover card.
*Payment will be made at time of stay. We accept credit, cash or travelers checks.

*Check-in after 4:00 PM
*Check-out at 11:00 AM

*Rates are $125.00 + tax (U.S.) nightly for double occupancy May thru September. (Call for winter rates.)
*Discount if paying by cash or travelers checks (only 1 discount per booking).
*$15.00 (U.S.) per extra person will be charged.
*Children under 5 stay free.

*Late check out by 1 hour will be charged ½ the regular nightly stay.
*Late check out by more than 1 ½ hour will be charged an extra night.

* Cancellation Policy:  If reservation is canceled or changed two weeks to one week prior to arrival the cancellation charge is 50% of canceled room(s) cost unless room(s) is rebooked or other arrangements are made.  If reservation is canceled within one week prior to reservation, guest will be charged in full for room(s) canceled unless they are rebooked.  In case of cancellations or no show your credit card will be charged accordingly. 

*NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking in your room will result in a $300 non-refundable fee that your credit card will be charged for cleaning expenses.
*NO PETS. $300 fee charged for pets indoors.

*Laundry service available for small fee.

Guest Notice:  This property is privately owned. The owner has the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.  ALSO all rooms are NON-SMOKING and PET-FREE.  I understand these policies and agree by signing the invoice, that if I (or if any in my party) violate these policies or if there is any damage to my assigned room, outside of normal wear and tear, I am financially responsible and my credit card will be charged accordingly.
