Reservation Policy
PAYMENT POLICY

A minimum 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Pay by a check or money order made out to: Gone Again Charters. The balance is due upon departure and can be paid with check, cash or credit card.

Failure to check in at the vessel at least 15 minutes prior to departure is considered a cancellation by you and there are no refunds.

Clients may cancel a charter 30 days prior to the trip and receive full credit on another trip or 40% of deposit amount returned.
WEATHER DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS
Gone Again Charters Inc. maintains the right to cancel a charter due to dangerous sea conditions. This does not include rain. Weather delays are possible and various safety factors can adversely affect the trips and itineraries. If such delays or cancellations do occur, Gone Again Charters Inc. will try and accommodate you. If a trip cannot be taken for weather related reasons, we will refund your deposit or you can apply the money to another trip. You will be responsible for costs incurred for additional lodging or personal expenses due to weather delays or other uncontrollable events. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
